I was there for a consult for my daughter. She did not consult me in anyway. She told me what the problem with my daughter's teeth was which I already knew being as her dentist recommended we go to her to correct the problem. I was not told anything besides come back and see me in a few months. No treatment at all was discussed and I felt like she just wanted us out of her office. I left there with the feeling that she did not want to be bothered with treating my daughter. I think I will look else where.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff was very pleasant.

My kids have had great results with Dr. Berglund. We were always seen right on time and the staff there is wonderful. It has been such a great experience for both of my kids. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing an orthodontist.

I was disappointed with the final results. I went back after the treatment was complete to let her know that I was not happy with one tooth on the top that tipped out. She stated that she could fix that and it would cost $75.00. I agreed to have it done. I noticed no difference after the treatment was complete. She said that was the best she could do. I would never go back and do mot reccomend her.

We have been consulting for about a year. Our daughter is starting orthodontia this month, can not rate cost, stress level, or success at this time.

Ok so I just had to get a new retainer and they make you wait 2 months to get a new one! My teeth have been shifting and I'm seriously considering picking a new orthodontist. 2 months to wait for a 30 minute appointment? That's stupid. The retainers are overpriced at $200! And I have to get new moldings. Why can't they just use my old ones? Because they want to overprice you on everything! Pick a new orthodontist if you want good customer service, because my $6000 on braces just went down the drain if I don't have a retainer quickly.

I am SO PLEASED with the way my 6 (incisors, cuspids) teeth are moving into place after only about 13 weeks, and I haven't had one inkling of pain. Not even any discomfort nor tightness. I'm so glad I began this procedure. Dr. Penny, thank you!!!!
