Sammamish Orthodonistics has treated me and both of my children on and off for the past 7 years. Dr. Nelson is great- he is honest and forthcoming and has a good sense of humor, too. The humor part is important when you are an adult with braces!
About Front Desk: Understanding and helpful with scheduling and rescheduling and helping with emergency appointments for missing brackets or broken wires.

Straightening of teeth braces only - upper and lower. Dr. Nelson very professional. Insurance help and financial consultation very helpful. Front staff not as friendly and unable to find appointments often that were not during school hours.
About Front Desk: Not flexible with scheduling and were sometimes met with front staff that were unfriendly. Particularly when need a last minute appt for broken bracket or wire, not able to accomodate. Not enough appts available after school hours. Closed Fridays and half day Thursdays, sometimes even closed on Thursdays.

Dr. Nelson treated me and my three children over the span of the last ten years. We all love the treatment he gave us. Dr. Nelson's expertise saved us years of unnecessary treatment. We highly recommend Dr. Mark Nelson to anyone considering orthodontic care. He is absolutely the best!!!

Great staff and great service. He did a wonderful job on my teeth. Like most things in life, what you pay for is what you get. He's not cheap, but still well worth the investment.

Beauitful office! Nice staff! I enjoyed my first visit, everyone was very friendly. I couldn't help but notice the foot traffic at their establishment. VERY busy! I felt the doctor didn't have enough time to spend with my son & I. The front desk was very courteous and helpful, very sweet girl. Would choose this office because staff made us feel important.

The reson for the 3 out of 4 in treatment success is I'm still a work in progress.
Dr Nelson and his very capable staff are incredible. Because of thier relaxed approach the client also feels relaxed, and for someone terrified of dentists this is great. I would recommend Dr Nelson to anyone young or not so young. The girls on the desk are very knowledgable and willing to help in anyway they can.
I suggest if you are looking to get braces and you live in the area or even if its a short commute talk to Mark and his staff before making your final choose. You won't regret it.

Great Orthodontist! Dr. Nelson, or Mark as he insists I call him, took time with my son to give him the personal care and attention he needed.
