Both Braces and Invisalign (two different kids). Dr Duan and her staff are great, very friendly and a great investment in my children's health. Dr Duan pointed out an issue with my daughter's tonsils that, if uncorrected, could have caused major medical problems, a problem that three pediatricians ignored.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Duan and her staff. I have 9 months of orthodontic treatment to go and I trust that I'll have as great an experience as I have for the last 7 months. Great facility, great attention to detail, friendly personable folks.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Duan. She is exceptionally professional and is also very smart and really knows her field. She has a warm but efficient manner with patients, and runs her office seamlessly. Natasha and Patty are the front office people, and they are superb! Friendly, warm, but not too much so, if you know what I mean. They are top notch office assistants/managers, and have been with Dr. Duan for a very long time. My son has seen Dr. Duan for a long time (he's almost done, yay!) and he also saw Dr. Guyman previously, who is the orthodontist that Dr. Duan bought her practice from I would assume. The office is lovely, easy parking, I've never had a glitch with appointments, billing, etc. Highly recommended. Very good with younger children and adults as well.

Am nearing the end of my adult ortho and have enjoyed (as much as possible) the experience. Dr. Duan and her staff are friendly, respectful, attentive. I needed emergency assistance late one evening and Dr. Duan responded with no hesitation or delay. She exhibits high standards and I expect an excellent final result. Will be bringing my child to Dr. Duan next year. Highly recommended.
