We had a terrible experience and I would not recommend this orthodontic practice unless you have a lot of money and a lot of patience. For one thing, Dr. Lovrovich likes to do the treatment in "two phases". I was quoted the top price for phase 1 and was told that phase 2 would not exceed that price. When my child was ready to enter "phase 2" guess what - the price had gone up about $600!! I was shocked but the new office staff would not honor what I had been told when we started the process. Costs had gone up they said. Also, we constantly had to go back in because brackets would pop off etc. most of the time within 24-48hrs of the work being done. I assured them that my child was not eating or doing anything for this to happen. It got to the point that my child was afraid to tell anyone his braces were broken because the staff had warned my child that they would charge him $25 if they had to replace things. Really?? We are paying OVER $6000 for these braces and they are breaking and you are telling my child that - not me the parent who is paying the bill? It was so bad that I took my other child out of treatment and finished up with another orthodontist who we have had no problems with and FYI is much less expensive!

I have been very pleased with the orthodontic treatment provided by Dr. Lovrovich. He has seen both my daughters and the results have been great. The office is a nice setting and the staff very friendly. When a wire came loose over a weekend, he made himself available to address the problem. Orthodonture is expensive by nature and his fees have been very reasonable.

I went to Dr. Lovrovich to correct some crowding with invisalign. It was so amazing. Hardly painful, easy to use, and not to mention, you could hardly see them. Now I have a beautiful smile, and my confidence level has gone through the roof.
