All I have to say is if you're an adult who cares about your teeth at all then avoid this place! Dr. Lyons is smart and manipulative and I guarantee cares more about the money she'll make off you than you as a patient. Way overpriced so you're really paying for the area and not her expertise. I have never written a bad review on anyone because I realize the damage it can do to a reputation. In this case the damage done to me cannot be undone, so I really don't care and I don't want anyone else to suffer. Maybe she's fine with children, but definitely not adults. If you search you can find more negative reviews from others, some of which have been removed. Be warned!

About Front Desk: At least she has a quality front desk!

Terrible experience. She didn't even care enough to pay attention to the work as she was adjusting my wires! Ruined my teeth and I am very upset. She needs more training and less worrying about her "fabulous" outfits. My strongest advice is to find a different orthodontist.

About Front Desk: The leader sets the tone of the office. As a result, staff are rude and don't care... you are only a bother to them and they are doing you a huge favor by scheduling your appointments.

Expensive does not mean good. My impression is that Dr. lyons hates her job, and that is never a good thing. Worst possible orthodontist and staff -- honestly. Dr. Lyons speaks down to patients and sets the tone for the office -- the employees follow. Beyond the smile, which anyone can do, she really just doesn't seem to care about her patients. Loves the money though - fancy car and a three day work week. No wonder it isn't easy to find available times when you need to make appointments. Office staff is rude and condescending. The two financial coordinators are both rude, can barely mask their contempt for you. So be aware... the smiles end very quickly after you sign the contract and write the check. Also, poor hygiene by people!!! OMG. My advice is to stay away, in the strongest terms.

I initially went to Dr. Lyons because I noticed some shifting of my upper teeth. When she identified the underlying cause, I was fitted for a course of the Invisaligns. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Lyons and all of the orthodontic assistants did a great job of explaining each step, as well as soothing me as I was less than enthusiastic about procedures like filing my teeth. I always felt as though I was in good hands, and the results are definitely evidence of that. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I highly recommend Dr. Lyons. She's gentle, efficient and highly skilled. She is very knowledgable and able to explain the process in terms that I can understand. I also appreciate that she keeps on schedule, which is great for me as an adult patient. Her staff is well trained, friendly and skilled as well. I'm still wearing braces, but I can see that I'm going to have a fabulous smile when I'm done!
