I was recommended to Dr. Lin for a complex, multi doctor adventure. Not only did i have very tiny teeth, but a severe overbite that was grinding the bottom teeth down terribly. So, with a coordinated effort between my dentist, orthodontist, and oral surgeon, i went thru braces, oral surgery, and 12 teeth reconstruction of my front teeth - - if i did not do anything, then they would be talking to me about dentures. That got my attention. I was highly impressed by his knowledge, attention to detail, and his chair side manners, not to say anything about his faciilty (dental chairs that give massages!!!). Expensive - not too bad considering - - nice payment plan. Insurance help - they did it all. Pain - - at times, yes, but with the work i was having done - - not bad at all. Everyone was amazed at the results, and the lack of issues that resulted from the care. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to his facility, his service, anytime, anyplace. I even had my son's orthodontics changed to him. in other words, HE DONE GOOD>... LOL.

About Front Desk: I can't remember their names, but they were great. Busy office, but yet very personable, detail oriented, and accomodating. They went above and beyond what I consider regular work responsibilities. Again, would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I saw Dr. Lin for a consult on a baby tooth that needs to be removed and the other one brought down. It started out shifty when a product not having to do with me was pushed at me from the start. When he saw I have sleep apnea, the tooth concern was put to the side and my 'treatment' was concetrated on that. A $ 40,000 jaw surgery to correct the apnea was shoved at me so fast I couldn't gather my thoughts. He was less concerned about the reason I was there than pushing this surgery idea on me.he showed me other patients (names, pics of before and after etc...) To me to 'prove' it works. Then came to find out that the male patient he showed me (who had perfectly good teeth by the way) was the surgeon who he refers to to do this surgery. I immediately had this overwhelming aha moment and was utterly disgusted. He then wanted 2 more appointments for a paid consult and a seperate one for stays. I did not make them. He then finally addressed my concern I was there for. By saying we would discuss non surgical options at the next consult. This all happened after I explicitly told him I wanted the simplest way to fix my tooth issue. I do not recomend him.
