They don't work with you or your schedule. I had my braces brake and a bracket came off and the wire snapped and my mouth was getting cut up and I was in a lot of pain and called because I have a 30 minuet drive to get there and the said they could squeeze me in next week which was 6 days from when I called and they couldn't do anything any sooner. And then I was having issues and needed them off and they were scheduled to decide at my next appointment to find a date to get them off and it was a week before and I had issues and they told me they couldn't get ne in to get take them off for 2 months and they had re arranged my whole upper teeth brackets once and it took ten minuets for them to take them off and sand the glue so they can't tell me they couldn't fit one 20-30 minute appointment in before them when he only works select hours to work through are different than his office hours. And his hygienist are rude and inconsiderate.
