If could give ZERO stars, I would.
I have been going to Dr. Patel every 6 months for years. I've recently begun having a bad feeling that there's something he isn't catching. So, I went to another dentist and he found 5 cavities that have been building up for almost 2 years, gingivitis, and a lot of plaque and tartar build up.
These are things that Dr. Patel should have caught when I was sitting in his chair. There is NO reason that I should have cavities, unknown to me, when I go every 6 months. He has been telling me that my teeth are fine and that I only need to floss more.
I am beyond livid right now. If I could, I would send the bill for the fillings and deep cleaning to him. If he was doing his job correctly then he would have caught all of this before it was too late.
He just lost 4 faithful customers.

dr. patel is great! i've been going to him my whole life and couldn't imagine going to anyone else. i always get prompt appointments and have never had any problems with anything.
