My child loves Dr. Morris. He always makes my child feel at ease. He has a good bedside manner. The waiting room is kid-friendly. The other staff is not as consistent. one of the assistants is GREAT and takes her time to make my child feel comfortable. The other seems to rush a bit and she even made me anxious when talking to me. Also, the office staff can be a bit abrupt, which sometimes comes off as rude.

Seeing a dentist can be scary for anyone. For those having never seen a dentist in their life it can be downright frightening. Friends referred Dr. Morris and I can't tell you how great our very first appointment was, 5 years ago! Since, both our sons have enjoyed the friendly, reassuring and "kid-friendly" environment . The hygenists are great , they figure out patients' interests and engage the kids in conversation. Dr. Morris, a dad himself, is great with the kids. Explaining what he's going to do and "checking in" to make sure the kids are doing okay. The office staff is very savvy with the various insurance plans and ensure all information is current on appointment arrival. Their rates are competitive. We have insurance but even if we had to pay out of pocket I wouldn't switch from Dr. Morris. We simply love his expertise and "report cards" (patients leave with a handy evaluation of their brushing techniques, etc). Our sons simply love the treatment and the treats (new toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss as well as a toy from Dr. Morris' well-stocked treasure trove! Definitely would refer to everyone, especially those whose children are "terrified" of dentists :-)

We just moved into the area and found Dr. Morris through referral. My child went for a regular check up two weeks ago. We paid $210 for her regular cleaning, x-ray, and fluoride treatment. That was about $10 more than what my child's previous pediatric dentist would have charged. Her previous dentist's office is a happy wonderland for kids and a first class dental office from an adult stand point. Dr. Morris recommended two follow up procedures to be done within a month after the regular check up. Yet, I found that only one out of the two procedures is required to maintain the long term dental benefit for my child, according one pediatric dentist and one orthodontist. Dr. Morris was very professional during the conference with me. (My child is a new patience to the office) He wrote down note and listened carefully with good eye contacts. The hygienist who cleaned my kid's teeth was very kids friendly and accommodating to a child's feeling. However, the receptionist should not have comment on my decision of not taking my child out from regular school hour for a non-emergency dental appointment.

If you don't mind being forced to make your child miss school to go to the dentist, this office is okay. Their policy is no elementary kids seen until after school. The hygenists at Dr. Morris' office are very friendly and put my child at ease. Dr. Morris himself is okay, but a little "stiff".

My daughter of 7 years old has been visiting Dr Morris for a year. She has healthy and good teeth. As parents we brush, floss and take care of her teeth twice a day, mornings and nights religiously. Every time when we visited, we would be recommended with new procedure, treatment, you name it, he will try to do it. It is unclear if they are all necessary but one thing for sure they do milk a lot of out of our insurance. After consulting with another dentist for second opinion, we found out that majority of Dr. Morris's recommended procedures/treatments were excessive and unnecessary. He cared more about his pocket book than care. The receptioninst runs the place like a factory and uncaring, very much so. We had never been able to reach with Dr. Morris over the phone, unless it is a PAID visit. Obviously, we left. Beware and very aware if your are considering to be his patients.

During my son's visit there was a child who was screaming and saying comments such as "no, it's hurts" and other comments which made both my son and daughter uncomfortable. A pediatric dentist should provide a supportive and pleasent experience, which we did not experience. We will not be returning.

Both of my daughters have been patients of Dr. Morris since he started his practice several years ago. The hygenists are friendly and my daughters never complain about going. Dr. Morris recently pulled 4 teeth (for orthodontic purposes) and the procedure was relatively painless for my 15-year old daughter. I was very pleased with his handling of the procedure. He even called in the evening to check to see how she was doing. He meets with the parent after each visit and goes over the results of the exam, which is something I really appreciate it.
