I've been a patient here since I was just a year old, I'm now 24. Dr. Kevin has always been kind gentle and professional. I wasn't the easiest kid.. He always would educate you on how to stay decay free. The staff are also great and professional, very personable too. The office has a warm and cozy feeling. You feel like your at a home rather than a dental office. They are always on time. This is the BEST pediatric dentist around. When I have kids of my own, I'll be bringing them here.

Dr. Snaer has an amazing chair side manner. After our last visit, both of my daughters, ages 2 & 3, exclaimed, "Mommy...we want to stay at Dr. Kevin's aaaaaall day! Dr. Snaer makes them feel incredibly safe and secure and also manages to make the experience fun!!!! He is also extremely smart, capable, and talented. I have absolute trust in his skills.

My three kids see Dr. Kevin and like him. He's friendly and knowledgeable, able to adjust his treatment to his patients' needs. One of my kids has medical complications which they have been able to work around very professionally. I like Dr. Kevin and recommend him highly.

Dr. Kevin is truly amazing. He is incredibly professional, attentive and cares about his patients. He has been taking care of our daughter's teeth since she was born and recently had to extract a tooth from our son, who had fallen and cracked his tooth. Distraught about the procedure, Dr. Kevin and his team of caring staff, took lots of time to weigh our options, put us at ease and help us decide the best course of treatment. He never rushes to a conclusion but is thoughtful and puts his patients first. Many doctors "fill and drill" with little regard to the trauma dentistry can cause nor working at proactive treatment plans for little ones. Not Dr. Kevin - he believes in the health and well being of children and as a result they love their doctor. Our kids look forward to his visits and relish in aiming for good hygiene scores. A small example of this great dentist involved our son's extraction. At age 3, he was nervous and apprehensive...who wouldn't be? As adults, we were nervous for him. But our fears and our son's were alleviated by Dr. Kevin's competence and care. His procedures were quick and although our son cried (as any little one would) Dr. Kevin made sure those tears left as quickly as they came. He got down on his knees and looked our son in the eye with a smile and affirmation! No sooner had we left the parking lot did we see our son smiling and giggling. Some hours later, he was still talking about Dr. Kevin at dinner and during night time brushing. We couldn't be more pleased with this stellar dentist!

About Front Desk: All of the staff are super sweet, caring and amazing. Just like the dentist, they always have a friendly disposition and a competent and caring attitude. Fantastic!

Dr. Snaer has got to have the absolute WORST bedside manner ever. Why he is a pediatric dentist is a wonder to me. He is terrible treating kids if it is anything past a cleaning. He is the most high-strung, wound-up man I have ever dealt with. My son needed to have a small filling put in and he was rough, insensitive and he hurt him. Like he really hurt and scared my little guy. The worst part? The dang filling FELL OUT a year or so later. So he's not even a good dentist! Now I'm just watching it and waiting for those teeth to fall out. I can not recommend this guy. AT ALL. honestly, if you are reading this - why take the chance? There are several great dentists in the area.

About Front Desk: Front desk is kind, but the turnover is high. Probably because Kevin Snaer is such a freak to work for.

How do you get your kids to look forward to going to the dentist? Take them to see Dr Kevin Snaer. My 5 year old and 7 year old trust him, ask a million questions and get answers to every one, take his advise about dental care to heart and then look forward to picking out their treat at the end. I would highly recommend this friendly, fun practice.

About Front Desk: Very professional. Never have to wait in lobby for an appointment as they run on time!!!!

I have a two year old daughter and recently saw Dr. Snaer for the first time. Hands down, this place has and is everything I could ask for in a pediatric dentist. The building is a converted cottage, very charming and welcoming. The entry area is clean and stocked with stuffed animals and modern toys that kept my child happy and occupied while I filled out paperwork. The dental assistant that took us into the exam room was kind and warm. When Dr. Snaer came in, I was pleasantly surprised to meet a clean cut, soft spoken, gentle man who gave my daughter plenty of social attention to minimize her panic. He took his time showing her all of his instruments, golves, mask, spot light, and explained to her what everything was for. When it was time for him to look in her mouth (she's 2, so she would panic no matter who was looking in her mouth) she was upset, but didnt thrash around like she does when I'm trying to brush her teeth. When that was over, we went into a smaller discussion room so the doc could talk to me about a mantinance plan. The assistant sat on the floor and played with my daughter for 20 min while I talked to the dentist. I loved that and I was very impressed with the whole experience.

I took both of my kids to Dr. Kevin Snaer. My daughter was extremely afraid of taking her bite wing X-rays and he tried to force her to put the film in her mouth, she panicked, and bit his finger. She didn't bite too hard because he didn't show me any teeth marks or damage to his finger ( she was 5 years old) but he yelled at her and at me while she was cringing and crying in the chair. He yelled that since she refused X-rays, he would refuse any emergency care she might need. I never went back. Our new pediatric dentist is infinitely patient and kind!

I have been a patient of the Huntington Pediatric Dental Group from infancy until my graduation from college this year. Not only is the staff extremely competent and patient, they are also friendly and personable. Though my visits consisted of mostly regular cleanings and exams twice a year with the occasional filling and x-ray, the staff members always remembered me and always asked how my personal life was going. This familiarity made the experience of going to the dentist special and is part of what makes the Huntington Pediatric group different from other dentistry practices. As a child, I loved the play area in the waiting room that took away any nervousness I held while as a young adult, I appreciated the time Dr. Kevin took to make sure the patient understood how their dental health was fairing. When I was a small child, my parents also appreciated the care the dentist took to explain the procedures and what steps were next necessary to take in our dental healthcare. I am definitely going to miss this practice and I thank them for their time and commitment to great service.
