the Hygienist was sooooo RUDE and mean to my son who was there because of pain in his mouth. She had no compassion what soever and acted like we were bothering her!!! As for Dr. Arnold I feel he missed the the opportunity from avoiding my son some major pain because of his lack of Knowledge and lack of updated equipment. He himself is also RUDE and condescending, treating me the mother, like I'm an idiot. basically my son had broke off his 2 front teeth. he bonded them back on but failed to instruct me to see an Endodontic, so now he is in severe pain with an abscess and has to go through a series of procedures, that could have been avoided had I known to go to an Endodontic. PLEASE run from this office! I wouldn't want anyone else to encounter this, it's very upsetting for my whole family! :(

About Front Desk: front desk was the only good thing about this place.

What would have been a good visit as it has been in the past turned into my son leaving very upset because of the way Dr. Arnold spoke to him. I explained that my son did not want to get his cavity filled at this particular time . But he assured me that he would talk to him and I should stay in the waiting room . What happened after shocked me. When my son refused to open his mouth if I wasn't present. Dr Arnold said ,"are you kidding me get your hands off your mouth " my son started tearing up and Dr. Arnold said, "if your going to be a baby just get out ". And there was more but I think you get the idea. This Dentist is not to be trusted and after going to him for 2 years I will never step foot in that office again with any of my children . Worst yet is that when I went back upstairs to talk to him about this incident he mysteriously had left. The good thing is that my son at 11 years old went with his instinc, was smart enough to stand his ground and not let an adult bully him .

I would never ever recommend Dr. Arnold to anyone. I brought my three year old daughter to him for her first cleaning. My daughter was scared and not comfortable so I asked to reschedule her cleaning. They talked me in to at least letting the dentist examine her. Dr. Arnold put her in the chair and she started crying. The hygenist held her arms down and he put his hand over her mouth and told her that her crying was hurting his ears. I was shocked. I grabbed my daughter and then the dentist told me, "She's not scared she just doesn't like to be told what to do." He is a poor excuse for a dentist and the thought of what they did to my three year old makes me sick. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THIS MAN!

About Front Desk: rude. when my daughter wasn't going to go through with the cleaning I asked to reschedule and the woman at the desk questioned my parenting. The overall experience was miserable

My daughter goes to him. He and his staff are relaxed and the environment is one of making the children feel safe. My daughter had a loose tooth last time we went and he asked her if he could pull it. He numbed her gums and we were talking the whole time and didn't even realize he pulled the tooth!
