This "Doctor" just spend no more than 2 minutes with my 22 month old son.... It's was so fast that he don't even let my wife time to ask him about.... Oh! And the cleaning..... Terrible..... We are no coming back...

This is a horrible place the so called Dr only seats with the patients for 5 minutes only if there is a need if not the kids only see the dental hygienist. My daughter was there for a check up they found 3 cavities, he did the 3 fillings in no more that 7/8 minutes at that time i was like wow he is fast! A couple of days went by and she was complaining, called several times to get an appointment at the office they told me to wait until Monday, i told them she was in pain and that she probably needed antibiotics because using just my common sense i know that the only reason it will hurt it was she had an infection, i asked them to prescribe something b/c i could not wait until Monday, i spoke with Lucy and she said fine i will call a prescription, obviously she never did, i called Walgreens 10 times, i went in there to check - Nothing was ever sent! I finally made an appointment with another Dr on Saturday, it turns out that she now has an abscess on one of the teeth "he fixed" and shes going to go through surgery o remove it, get a root canal or the worst scenario will be to remove the teeth. Mind you !! She is only 3 years old and going though pain and medication NOBODY should go through !!

I was recommended to this dentist and I deeply regret not reading reviews. My son has never cried in a dentists office before and he has had other extractions in the past... In my sons words this was the worse experience of his life. The child is placed in a restraint jacket, which we had never done, the laughing gas was placed on my sons face for less than 30 seconds, no other anesthetics were used for pain, and I had been told he would apply an injection, dr. Jimenez pulled 2 of my sons teeth out without any pain control. I could have taken my child to a construction worker to have his teeth pulled the way it was. I told me him I'm an RN and knew that was not proper use of anesthetics and he said he's a doctor. He should be ashamed of calling himself a doctor. All he wants is to make money by seeing hundreds of children a day and doesn't care at all about children. His license should be taken away.

Up until today, I never had any real complaints about Dr. Jimenez. However, what he did and how he treated my 5 year old this morning was beyond disgusting. He STRAPPED my son down, threatened him and was overall mean. When I was able to go into the room to get my son, he had what looked like rug burn on the sides of his face, neck, upper back and upper arms. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY CHILDREN TO HIM! I would rather pay out of pocket to any other dentist then to ever step foot in this office again. SHAME ON YOU "DR." JIMENEZ!

I brought my child to this dentist because he accepted my childs medicaid insurance. I brought him every 6 months for several years although he had a terrible bedside manner because I could not find another dentist in my city that took this insurance. I asked him if my child should see an orthodontist and he stated no with no explanation. He avoids any conversation with child or parent unless absolutely necessary. I brought my child to 2 orthodontists anyway because I was concerned about how his teeth were looking and both stated that he had severe dental problems and should start treatment as soon as possible, and that he had neglected cavities and an impacted tooth that requires an oral surgeon. I want to warn every parent to not bring your child to this uncaring incompetent quack

He is the worst dentist ever. It is true he does not care of your child, he does not have idea of what he is doing and samething all his staff. Not only that but he is extremely rude and the people who work there as well. It seems that everybody is unhhapy with what they do, but they do not have anything more to do. Must sad of it, is that most of his patients are from Florida Kid Care (state insurance) so they treat them even worst, like if they are doing a favor. Please people have to start complaining as i am doing rigth now, otherwise thsi horrible doctor will continue treating inocent kids whio are really scared of him....and his staff. Not even one star he deserves...

Love this office! I have a 15 year old that hates visiting any dental office...simply for the fact that he's reluctant to hear the review fro the doctors and staff on his brushing habits. He is not thrilled to have dental work done-however, my experience with Dr. Jimenez has been a good one! Office staff very friendly, great decor, and video games for the kids. I send many of my family and friends little ones there because they take so many different types of dental insurance plans. Dr. Jimenez is one of the few that seems to NOT discriminate the children who are on state funded programs. It's good to know that there are still dentist who care about kids...I'm glad I found this office!

I DO NOT recommend this dentist to anyone. Him and his staff ARE NOT kid friendly. They are rude, don't care about your child's pain. He is there for the money. I will NEVER visit that place again..
