I have four boys and I work full time so I was praying that this office would be the one. I was immediately greeted with a sweet young lady Tiffani, she made me feel so at ease. She told me Dr. Lott would have to see my young boys on a Wednesday or Thursday. Which was great because that was the next day, Tiffanie and her polite supervisor Caritta worked hard and long to get all my boys on one day. And Tiffanie made the phone experience that much more relaxing. I really felt that those ladies were committed to polite and professional service.
As far as Dr Lott... she was amazing, Tiffanie was rigt Dr Lott is amazing with the young kids, which was great because my babies are hard to make smile. My kids got a clean bill o teeth health and I made it back to work by 11 am. Thanks to the staff for your hard work.
About Front Desk: Polite, the Online New Patient forms was such a helpful process. It helped get us back there and out fast.

This dentist is doing unnecessary dental practices on children. She is systematically conducting deceptive trade practices.
We came in for two crowns. She sedated my son, then took additional xrays and told me he needed 4 more additional crowns. I had to make a rush decision to allow her to do this procedure. The office is manged like a factory. I had to flag down another dentist to review my xrays and tell me why he needed these crowns.
Within 3 months 2 of the crowns came out. Two other dentists reviewed his xrays and determined he needed filings. She did not advise me of any alternatives and did not advise me of affects that having crowns.
She is systematically conducting deceptive trade. This area is of different socioeconomic backgrounds. The area in which she directly practices is low income. I bring this up because many are unknowingly receiving unnecessary dental work and poor service. In a community that needs her and most importantly by accepting a Code of Ethics as a dentist she is simply robbing the community. She is skipping all other procedures that could be done.
She is not a dentist that can be trusted. Please get a second opinion before allowing her to complete dental work on your child.

Although child friendly....booking numerous appts at same time gives no consideration to parents like me who have to take off from work to be there. one word..RATCHETT
About Front Desk: My sons appt was at 9am..by 11:30am we were still there. Missed his other doc appt. Felt like we were at a free clinic

Her staff is not very nice and that is what concerns me. My mother has taken my son for his visits most recently and she was treated very unprofessionally by the taller, dark-skinned nurse with the short hair. She snapped when my mother inquired about the necessity of Xrays for my son, since he is four and since radiation (*at any level) can be very harmful to children.
Also, they do not permit parents to walk back with their children. I need to know what my son is experiencing, and whether or not the procedures requested are being completed.
Dr. Howard is extremely nice, but unfortunately, he cannot be the sole reason that I choose a dentist office. It needs to be a concerted effort on behalf of everyone on the staff.
This was my son's dentist, but at this point, I will be seeking another dentist and staff to support our needs.

Dr. Lott was my dentist as a kid and now she treats my 2 boys. I loved her and they love her too! She does more than fix teeth. She really cares about our family and takes time to make sure we understand what is happening. I have referred all of my friends and their kids too! Thank you Dr. Lott for everything!
