Excellent Services!...My kids loved Dr. Bruce. He was very gentle for their restorative dental treatment. We would recommend him to others.

Parents are not permitted beyond the waiting room. My husband met Dr. Riggs during my kids' first visit and liked him, but in our subsequent visit (3 years worth) I never met him - not even to discuss out-of-the-norm procedures for my daughter. All communications were through his staff. I will say the wait time has always been brief and the waiting area has enough books/games to keep younger siblings occupied. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement.

Love Dr. Riggs. He seems to really care about the children. Only inconvienience is that the office is often closed when students are out of school (vacations). Visits are always timely and there is little waiting time! Wonderful. They will also schedule siblings together.

We have been cancelled on four times. Each time, on the day of the appointment we were given a call cancelling our appointments for one reason or another. Then there has been no reasonable effort to get us worked in at all. Its like the convenience of the patients is nothing. Once you get in, then everything is great, but don't be surprised if you get cancelled on more often than not.

Dr. Riggs is a very caring person and is terrific with the children. His diagnosis have always been clear and to the point. Getting an appointment is often difficult. I would recommend Dr. Bruce Riggs.

Dr Riggs unfortunately is a teflon doctor. tells you one thing today and if things go worse washes his hands off by referring you to someone else...
