About Front Desk: Terrible... when I came to retrieve my x rays of my son's teeth the woman at the front desk didn't even say hello. She reached down to retrieve the envelope they were contained in, handed them to me without one word ever. Not hello, not have a nice day, not anything but a frown. Please know that I never once made a negative comment or was disrespectful. I respected the fact they did not want our business and couldn't handle my son. But they did not have to treat us like we were lepers. I'm sure we're not the first with a child who is afraid of the dentist. They made me feel like a was a horrible person. I would never recommend them to anyone. Just terrible. No common courtesy. Terrible.
