Dr. is direct and professional. He handles all problems quickly and with little discomfort.
I have had a few dentists in my life and Dr Hale is by far the best.
About Front Desk: She is kind of short but she also has to deal with all the schedules of all patients and staff.

I hardly ever needed much beyond a cleaning, but Dr. Hale and his staff were what made the difference for me. Always extremely friendly, and even a year after I stopped going (due to relocation) the receptionist still personally remembers me! Great dentist and great environment.

Good Doctor, knows what he is doing and does it with a big smile. he is caring and attentive and looks like hes been doing this for 2000 years. His staff are also caring and beautiful. The front office lady (nikie) has the softest voice and takes the time to really help and look up stuff. the most important thing I like about this office is the level of communication between Dr, staff, front office, and of course patients.
