Excellent, caring and sensitive to children with special needs. If you will communicate your child's needs, concerns etc she goes out of her way to make sure the child is comfortable and relaxed. I have a child with aspergers and one with sensory issues and she has made sure they always have a positive experience. She does not suggest procedures or X-rays that aren't needed. We have never had to wait for our appointment, and in an emergency situation, she finds a way to fit us in or gives us an immediate connection to the proper specialist! Cannot say enough about South Shore Pediatric Dentistry!

About Front Desk: The entire staff is wonderful. Always happy! I wish I could figure out how they manage to always have a smile and kindness in their voice, on the phone or in person.

Dr. Grazioso has been treating my children for the past six years and we have had NOTHING but an outstanding experience! Not only is Dr. G excellent at what she does, the entire office staff are friendly and warm - one of my children has a developmental disability and Dr. G has been a blessing in her ability to treat him and make him love going to the dentist. Without reservation, this practice is the best pediatric dental practice on the South Shore.

Dr. Grazioso is the best dentist in the whole world. I have been bringing my children to Dr. G for many years and would not think of taking them anywhere else. My daughter had a very bad decay problem at the young age of 3 and Dr. G made it as painless as possible for her. My daughter is now 12 and has healthy teeth.

Love the office decor and how it becomes a happy place for the chilldren. My son enjoys going to the dentist and looks forward to being treated very special. Would recommend this place for children dentistry.

Usually I've had a good experience at Dr. G's office, but now we won't be going anymore. The reason? I was "punished" with a $50 late fee--I forgot to bring my son in for his check-up. This was my first offense, but they insisted that I pay the fee. I was especially upset, because I wasn't aware of this fee. It's not posted anywhere clearly in the office, nor is it mentioned in their appointment reminder calls. For a practice that calls itself "family-friendly," I find this practice of fee charging just the opposite. Hopefully this posting will help other families avoid being charged!

If you want a stern and firm dentist, if your child responds to someone who is take charge, she's a good match. And, the office and staff people are so kind, caring and thorough. For my daughter, who is shy, the approach didn't work. However, I believe the staff is great. My daughter, though able to get her teeth cleaned and checked since 18 mos. by the staff has never been able to develop a rapport with the dentist. She talks over kids as though they aren't there and can't hear what she is saying so some of what she said in front of my daughter was insensitive and scared her. Again, the personalities (and my own) did not match. For cleanings, her staff is great. For the dentist herself, I'd find someone more warm who talks to the child and not over the child.

Our daughter needed a pulpotomy at 3 years of age, and Dr. G was not only efficient, but fast! She was very confident, which made me confident in her abilities. The procedure was a very positive experience for all of us, and most important, my daughter isn't afraid of the dentist.
