Three out my five children have seen both Drs. and one has seen the orthodontist there. They've had cleanings, extractions and fillings done. Though they are great and provide an anxiety free environment for the children, I am not impressed with the customer service. From the looks given by reception to the cold remarks made by the dental team. I feel they are rude and have no compassion and as great as they have been taking care of my children's dental needs, I will be going elsewhere from now on. They talk down to the parents and I've seen people (including myself ) get mimicked and mocked as well as given nasty looks and eye rolls. It saddens me to leave there because I know they are fantastic with children and my kids deserve the best, but I won't tolerate me or my children being treated like we're an inconvenience. If you want to be treated with kindness and compassion, this is not the place for you. If you can put chair-side manners aside and be belittled then it is. I know I won't be back there.

Dr's Geller and Frank and their staff in the practice are fantastic. Our kids have gone for four years and feel very comfortable, in fact, enjoy going to the dentist. We've had one dental emergency and were met at the office later in the evening. Of the few cavities we've had filled, the kids hardly noticed what was happening before it was done.
