I have taken my 4-yr-old twice for regular checkups and definitely recommend both Dr. Soporowski and the practice. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists are friendly and helpful. Dr. Nancy is wonderful with kids. My child was put at ease immediately. All procedures were explained to me as well as to my child (in a way she could understand), and Dr. Nancy patiently answered my questions as well as provided thorough advice for taking care of my child's teeth. The office setup and decor are cheerful and child-oriented; there is a large fish tank as well as toys in the waiting area. This is a busy practice but we have not had long waits after checking in, which I really appreciate.
I have called several times with insurance questions and have always gotten a quick, professional and accurate reply.
Before choosing a pediatric dentist, I culled recommendations from many neighbors and others in my area, and this practice was the most recommended of all. Although our experience so far has been limited, I would agree and would strongly recommend Dr. Nancy to others.
PS - She is located in Natick, not Needham (the address given here as I write this review is for Needham)
