I took my child for an initial first time dental appointment. This person that calls herself a doctor did not even try to engage with my child. She went directly into my child's mouth without even trying to address her by name, which frightened her even more. When she was done exploring her teeth, she gave us her treatment plan, very matter of fact, with no regard for our concern or questions. She has no interpersonal skills and poor bedside manner. She is rude and not professional

About Front Desk: Front desk is just as rude as the dentist.

For the last three years I have had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bhanot until today when her staff member Angela was rude, condescending about a billing question that I had. My question was why they adminsitered flouride without asking if they knew that my insurance wouldn't cover two administrations of flouride in one year? Her response was an attack on me and when I called out her behavior she didn't care! Office staff for billing questions lacks bed side manners, professionalism and I would now not recommend.

We went for my son's first appointment this past week. He was very anxious, but the hygenist did a fabulous job of making him feel more comfortable. She was pleasant and spoke to him appropriately for his age as she explained everything she was going to do. She even let him handle some of the instruments. Dr. Bhanot came in later to check his teeth. She was very pleasant and approachable. The front desk was also very nice.

I have been going to an amazing dentist who unfortunately no longer accepted my insurance so I tried this practice since their location was convenient. Between the waiting to be called back, cleaning and for the dentist to check me after the cleaning I was there for over 2 hours! Before starting the x-rays I explained to the hygenist that I have an extra bone on the roof my mouth and under my tongue causing the x-rays to be extremely painful. She goes on to say that there's nothing she can do about that, that it was going to hurt and to pretty much suck it up. She keeps telling me to bite down harder and I explain to her that I can't because it's cutting my mouth to which she replies, after checking with her finger, that well you're not bleeding so it's fine! After that she starts to take the tool to the gum line and pulls it along the gum line to check for gum disease. Immediately tears start to well up and then just start falling down my face. I tell her that I don't want this done and I've never been to a dentist that does it like this. (I've never had an uncomfortable or painful dental experience before) She says come on now you're an adult don't cry it will be over soon enough. After she's done terrorizing my gums she goes on

Dr Bhanot is great and very professional, the practice seem a little to large for her to handle. The front desk people are terrible, no customer service and seem like you are bothering them. If it was not for the work and good manner of Dr Bhanot would be out of there.

Dr. Bhanot has a great manner with children. My child had had a bad dental experience, and also needed several procedures. Dr. Bhanot told her the "lost puppy" story, and really tried to be quick and straightforward. Several visits later, my child said she did not want the "woozy" medicine, and Dr. Bhanot agreed to proceed as long as she could stay calm. Now my daughter is a great dental patient. Visits are easy and pleasant. Dr. Bhanot also remembers my children and asks specific questions about their school, activities, and family. She is a real family dentist. She recommended a top orthodontist, with whom we are also very pleased. The Kids Dental Clinic facility has 3 separate rooms, which makes us more comfortable than the "milking barn" atmosphere at some other dentists.

Dr Bhanot is very kid friendly and infact deals with children in a very nice manner. My kid is no longer scared of a dentist's visit and has enjoyed every single one. The facilities are pretty good and the customer service is good too. The nurses treat the kids in a relaxing environment.
