Dr. Gravitz has been a wonderful doctor for our 2 kids. He is kind and very good and would highly recommend him to anyone.

All three of my children have seen Dr Gravitz for over 15 years now. While Dr. Gravitz and his hygienists are wonderful, his office manager/receptionist is a nightmare. Be warned! We received a call three weeks ago telling us that it was time for our kids’ annual cleaning. At the time I was in a meeting and could not talk. Since then I get phone calls 2 - 3 times a day (on my home and cell numbers) from Dr Gravitz's receptionist trying to set up an appt. When my husband told her to stop calling because we have more important issues right now to deal with (a diagnosis of colon cancer in the family) SHE CONTINUES TO CALL!!!! We cannot get her to stop! So be aware when you used Dr. Gravitz you'll also get saddled with the receptionist from hell ... so approach at your own peril.

Dr Gravitz is a wonderful dentist but his office manager is just unrelenting. I was getting calls 3 and 4 times A DAY from this woman asking me to schedule an appt. This went on for THREE WEEKS. I cannot stand the harassment by his office manager. So be warned. Great dentist but an absolute exasperating office manager that will NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE!

Dr Gravitz is a great dentist. I went to him for over 10 years through age 20. He knows his stuff and was very nice. My only complaint is with his receptionist who is rude and pushy. I've seen numerous complaints about her so not sure why she still is there.

We have been there only once but it was a nice experience. the Doc was nice and professional. my 2-year-old was fighting a lot but he was able to hold him properly and do his checkup quick and gentle. the front desk lady seemed to be a little too straight but she turned to be very efficient and helpful.

Dr. Gravitz is fine but gruff and a bit intimidating for children. He spends more time talking about his vacations and other personal business than he does the kids' dental issues. The receptionist is just plain rude and unpleasant. The best aspect of Dr. Gravitz's practice is his hygienist, who is gentle, kind, and sweet with kids. She spends the most time with patients, otherwise we would probably switch dentists.

Dr. Gravitz does a fine job. The receptionist, on the other hand is perhaps the *worst* you could ask for. Overcharging, can't do her math, rude.

I've brought my children to Dr Gravitz for over 10 years. He has always treated them well and been very helpful to me. His receptionist is efficient and does what it takes to get the job done. His hygienist is great with children, especially the young ones. I definitely would recommend this office.

Brought my son there because he was recommended by a classmate's parents, although receptionist with 'attitude' made it very unpleasant to try to schedule appts. Dr Gravitz barely looked in my child's mouth and barely spoke to either of us. First hygienist was pleasant but did a very cursory cleaning. Since he was a Delta participating provider, we gave the office another shot, specifically requesting a different hygienist for the next cleaning. She did a great job but was no longer working there when I tried to schedule the third cleaning, so we moved on to another participating dentist who is very enjoyable.

I've been going to Dr. Gravitz for 5 years. I think he and his dental hygenists are wonderful. The receptionist is a bit gruff/bossy - but effective and competent.
