Kelly Couch is very skilled, sweet, excellent communicator. His staff are the best in skill, kindness, concern for my comfort.I recommend the practice for everyone who is afraid to go to a dentist. Danette is the most efficient management person and compassionate person and gives very clear information ever!

These guys are awesome. The customer service can't be beat. They will call you back the same evening you call and leave a message. They offer gas and valium premedication to make the treatment easier for those of us that are scared to death!!I would recommend ANYONE to see Dr. Couch & his dedicated staff!

About Hygienist: Their hygienists are the most skilled I have ever had. They actually take time to education and explain about my periodontal(gum) condition.

The staff is wonderful. The hygienists, both, are the best I've ever had. The Doctor is very good at what he does, but you never quit feel he is giving 100%. Also he philosophy is to do more then less. I had procedures done that I think my old dentist (who retired) would have chosen to hold off on - he was more conservative. I liked my old dentist a lot more!

About Hygienist: Both Hygienists are very gentle and detailed. I really like them!

I do not recommend this dentist for the following reasons: * Horrible bedside manner * I felt like he was suggesting unnecessary work (while pregnant!) * He used an excessive amount of Novocain (also, while pregnant) and I couldn't feel my entire face for a routine filling * Poor billing system

About Hygienist: Hygienists are great...

Dr. Couch was very rude and had no patience. After the Novacain shots I could still feel the inside of my mouth, and he proceeded to drill my filling over my objection. After starting the filling he stopped in the middle and said I was "too sensitve today." He informed me that he wasn't going to finish, told his assistant to put in a cavit and angrily left the room. This wasn't my first appt with Dr. Couch, at all of the appointments he was incommunicative and did not discuss what he was doing at all. He makes the patient feel like they should just sit down shut up. If he says there shouldn't be any pain, don't you dare disagree with him, he might stick you with a temporarily filling for a week.

Same thing as the last review-- I can't beleve it! Every time I have gone to this dentist, he want to put fillings in my teeth and take dozens of x-rays. I thought I was the only one! I have been going to him for only 2 years, but I'm never going back, now. Someone ought to report him.

A couple years ago I was new to the area and I went in to get a teeth cleaning before my wedding. When I went in, they immediately took x-rays of my teeth. When I first met Dr. Couch, he told me that based on what he saw in the x-rays I needed fillings for 5 cavities. At this point I had never had a cavity in my life (24 years) and had had routine dental examinations. He went on to tell me how my previous dentist must not have known what he was doing and that these fillings needed to be done ASAP. An hour later, most of which was spent sitting in the chair waiting, I left the appointment. They had run out of time to clean my teeth which was supposed to be all the appointment was for, and told me they would do it when I come in for the fillings (after the wedding, which would defeat the original purpose that I tried to explain to them). A few weeks later I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. This dentist looked at the x-rays and told me that there was nothing in the x-rays that would warrent a filling and that nothing needed to be done. I'm glad I got a second opinion. A few months later, I was telling a co-worker about this story and he told me of a similar situation. Turned out it was Dr. Couch also. Beware
