DR. Hunzeker and staff were very rude and would not work with me so both my childrens father and I could be present for extractions. I would never hope any mother has to go through what I have.

Excellent pediatric dentist. Takes great care of my kids. Once saw me struggling on a winter day getting grocery cart through snow with my kids and helped me put them in car. The kids love coming and love the playroom

He does completely unnecessary procedures on baby teeth. He wanted to put 8 stainless steel caps on my sons molers and white caps on the rest of his BABY TEETH.. He is 4. After a second opinion only 3 fillings were needed.
About Front Desk: Janielle is absolutey HORRIBLE! She is rude and completely out of line. She treats the patients like they are nothing but an inconvience for her. Customer service is her absolute least concern.

Don't be late for your appt or you will have the appt canceled, however you can expect a 20 min wait for your appt which I have done in the past. Even if the weather is bad, the office will still not accept that as an excuse for being late. I drove for an hour this morning for kids appt only to be turned away after being 7 mins late due to traffic and snow. Guess he doesn't need my business and lost 4 patients this morning as I plan to find another dentist. Not very customer oriented and seems to pull unnecessary teeth from your child.

This office really cares about the children. They not only work well with my kids but also great at explaining it to me. I'm very pleased with they way my children are treated as well as the care given.

My kids call Dr. Cade's office "Dental Disneyland." I am so happy they have a positive attitude towards going to the dentist now. They love going and hate leaving. That's just one less thing I have to fight them on as a parent. Thank you Dr. Cade and staff!

TOO BUSY FOR PERSONAL ATTENTION. Dr. Hunzeker is a great dentist, but in the past year, since his practice is now SO BUSY, the customer service is just not there. You are treated like a patient, not a person. It seems they are focusing on quantity, not quality. This saddens me, b/c he used to take his time and the kids loved the interaction.

I had the most wonderful experience in his office from the front office staff to the doctor himself and everybody in between. Dr. Hunzeker has class that is missing from many professions today.

Dr. Hunzeker is the best pediatric dentist we have come across. Our family moves alot do to my husband being in the military. We have been patients for several pediatric dentists across the U.S and abroad. We enjoyed our other pediatric dentists. None however took as much time and gave us so much information as Dr. Hunzeker. His personal service is second to none.
