I can utter nothing but compliment about Dr. Kotil and his staff! We took our four year old daughter to him on a referral from our small town dentist. We now will be driving the 1 hour drive to take all three of our children to him! I wish every pediatrician or doctor that deals with children had his patience and way of relating to his patience.

My two boys love going to his office. The waiting room is kid friendly w/ games and toys while they wait. They also has TVs in the rooms so the kids can watch cartoons while they are being seen. The staff and doctor are very friendly and patient with the kids. My oldest had a bad experience at a different dentists facility and was terrified but they treat him so differently here that he has no problem going now.

Dr. Kotil is great with all four of my children we have been seeing him since my oldest was in kindergarden and I have brought the rest. They have video games in the waiting room and anyone with kids knows that video games can keep children entertained while waiting for there turn, they also have toys like blocks and books for younger children. My sons most favorite part is the tvs they have above the chairs so while they get cleaned they can watch tv and keep there mind off the work being done, they even get earphones:0). The staff are well trained and worked with my children. My children were so comfortable there they were not afraid to go back themselves which makes me proud that they are growing-up. Thanks for the Bright Smiles Dr. Kotil!!!

My kids (age 5 and 2) both love going to Dr. Kotil's office. The receptionists and assistants have always been friendly. The office has video games in the waiting room play area. TV's on the ceilings above the patient chairs and the kids get a remote and headphones. They get a fun bag of stuff when they leave and just love it (which I think is crazy about the dentist). Dr. Kotil is easy to talk to and I have recommended this office to all friends and family.

Dr. Kotil does wonders with our special needs child as well as our other 5 children. He treats you like a person, not just a patient. Highly recommended.

I took my three year old son to Dr. Kotil for his first check up it was fine. Although I was not comfortable with his policy of taking older children into rooms by themselves. The one time we were there we heard exclamations and some one speaking in a harsh voice. When I took my son for his next exam it was fine at first but then the Doctor went to count my son's teeth with a sharp instrument he must have hurt him. I dont think that was intentional but when my son reacted in pain and tried to get up the Doctor yelled at my son. His voice was loud and intimidating. I was shocked and stunned. I told my son it was alright and said we are all done. I did not do or say anything but we left and have never gone back. My son still talks about it. I have spoken to one other parent that had the same problem with this Dentist.
