Dr Mark was VERY RUDE to my son who was getting 4 teeth pulled. He is 11 years old, polite and respects his elders. When my son is asked a question, he was taught to say yes or no Sir. My son had some anxiety over getting his teeth pulled and said "Sir". Dr Mark leaned into him and said "SHUT UP" ! My husband was in the room and heard this also. We don not use these words at home. Dr Mark was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !! Please dont bring your children to this establishment !
