Holding down a child to give them a filling is awful! My kid is traumatized by this office!!! Arcaic behavior. No bedside manner for kids. Hygenist was nice thats the only ok part of this office.

Didn't really make me feel comfortable, or at ease. Not impressed with her patient-doctor relationship.
About Front Desk: I've worked at a dentist/hygenist office before and have never told a patient that it's their responsibility to verify insurance coverage. It is the office's responsibility to do that for the most part! How can you as a service provider not verify insurance before every treatment and before the patient's appointment to mitigate any financial burden that could be imposed on the patient? That is really not good practice. I will NOT be recommending this dentist to anyone I know.
