Horrible customer service. way overbooked with extremely long waits. this is a factory to move as many kids in and out as possible. You could better dental service in a third world country!

Interesting that my experience is similar to another negative review I've found here. My son's first visit to Dr. Cito was horrific. My son, age 5, was yelled at by Dr. Cito to "get into the chair!" He ran and cowered behind it , while Dr. Cito continued to yell at him. I was shocked and left speech less. Please, I urge you not to take your kids to this awful person. Perhaps decades ago, Dr . Cito was nice to young children, not anymore! He should leave the practice. Also, come to find out he also mistreats his staff.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff were rude and unapologetic of the dentist's behavior.

WOW. We just left the office and once again had a great visit. I was a patient of Dr. Cito when I was a child and I am so happy to take my child there. Dr. Cito is truly caring. He has always taken the time to answer all our questions and make sure my child is comfortable. I know that there are times when he has to work with difficult patients but he always does it with calm caring hands. No office is perfect but you will always get quality care from Dr. Cito Dr. Cito has taken care of our family for years. When my husband lost his job and we were on medicaid he still gladly accepted us as patients and always gave us great care.

Dr. Cito and his team are amazing, they care so much for my kids and treat them wonderfully. The staff is sweet and sensitive to my son who is so afraid to see the dentist. after several visits, he is more confident now than ever.! I agree that it is busy, but I have never had a problem with getting an appointment when needed and getting in. The doctors there never act as though they dont have time for you and answer all the questions I had

NEVER NEVER take your child to this office.....my child has special needs and when we originally went in I made sure this was clear. When we went today for a filling, my child of course started to panick, and instead of the dentist working with him, or trying to calm him down, he started to yell at him to stop yelling!! Can you imagine a grown adult dentist yelling at a child who is obviously panicking!! I did remind him that my child had special needs, and I was told that was they way they did things, and if I did not like it I could go somewhere else! Needless to say I will not go back, and I will be reporting him. So unless you want your child yelled at by this dentist I would advise you to look somewhere else.

The restrooms aren't very clean. Sees to many patients so they always seem rushed. They discuss their personal lives including the dentist infront of the patients which are children ofcourse.

I'm a pediatrician in town, and Dr. Cito is the only pediatric dentist I professionally recommend. He takes care of many patients with cleft lip and palate, and is the referral choice of one of the most respected plastic surgeons in town. Dr. Cito has ben wonderful with my two daughters, as has been his staff. My only complaint is the long time in the waiting room before each appt, but it's worth it to have a pediatric dentist with such skill and expertise.

The facility is not clean. The staff goes into work as if they were going to a night club. Overall one of the worst dentist experience Ive ever had. The wait is horrible they overbook patients, there is absolutely no point in having an appointment if the wait is over a hour long. No patient confidentiality as the dental assistants go into the patients room to discuss other patients concerns with the dentist or themselves. I had to step in at one point as I thought they were going to complete a procedure on my daughter that did not belong to her.
