While Dr. McClellan is an excellent dentist and wonderful with my son, her staff is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I do benefits for my employees and have never had reports of any other dentist staff being so rude and unyielding to the needs of a child. They billed my insurance incorrectly and did not notify me until my son needed a filling that there was a problem and then refused to see him until I paid the balance in full and then wait for payment from the insurance company. I have been forced to seek a new provider for my son which has been very traumatic for him.

She is such a great dentist i think all kids should get to go to her. She is the BEST.
