Pleasant staff initially...Dr Price however needs to exhibit more empathy toward small children when it comes to tooth extraction. He seems to not care about any anxiety a child may be experiencing. Later found out a root tip was left inside the removed tooth cavity which was identified by another pediatric dentist we changed to, not to mention an infection that occurred under a cap they installed which caused the extraction in the first place. I would not recommend this office for pediatric dentistry.
About Front Desk: Be careful - if you happen to miss a Saturday appointment you will be banned from all future Saturday appointments and will have to get Dr. Price's OK to have this opportunity allowed again after so many months, per the front desk. It clearly shows they run their business on VOLUME and not customer care.

The staff are rude!!! They called to cancel my daughter appt the night before TWICE!!! Danielle, the front desk girl was rude! She said she could say so because she has a degree?! The ladies in there said my daughter needs to see a speech therapy and learn to keel it down. She is 2 for God's sake.
I just took my daughter out of this practice.

We had an awful experience today at your office. The hygienist made my son (almost 3) very uncomfortable. He does so well at other places. Her attitude wasn't very good. She asked me if he had any "health issues" when he needed few more mins to play (in the play room) before going in. Instead of making him feel comfortable before cleaning his teeth, she started to clean his teeth right away and hurt his gums. When I was trying to make him feel better and explain that it is ok etc, she just walked away saying - "I will let you both figure it out". She made some comments to other staff, so people started giving us looks. Doctor spent hardly 5 mins with us.
She did not put any extra efforts to make the child comfortable. I feel like she gave up easily. Some kind words would have been nice.
We went back after having a talk with my son in the car. He wanted to sit up while she brushed. She had problems with that as well. She decided to brush only with Fluoride and didn't clean the teeth after that.
Worst appointment ever, sorry to say that we aren't coming back.

Want to thank Dr. Price and his assistant for coming in late in the evening to fix our son's tooth. We were truly amazed that an office would do that for us and impressed with their professionalism and excellent care! The assistant was especially helpful with calming and distracting him, which we realized was not an easy task due to the trauma of his mouth and anxiety. Their time and care ate appreciated more than we can express!

He messed my sons teeth up bad!! He was the worst dentist I've ever been to!! After a couple thousands dollars later my sons teeth are jacked up!! Please just make Sue he's up front with u as he was not for me and my son!! He put work were work shouldn't have been there!! Please just think 2 about this place!!

I left the office recently and I would recommend you find a new place and don't even stop here. They are overbooked, do not want parents in with their children in the exam area's, were discussing patient care with parents in the standing room only waiting area, were not timely, are not personable, and do not have separate rooms for drilling, etc. The most unprofessional dentist office I have ever seen.

My five children have gone to Dr. Price including my daughter with Downes Syndrome. We have been extremely happy with his staff and with him as a doctor. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist, something I surely don't remember as a child! The only problem we have ever had happen was a four hour wait in the office. When I made the staff aware of the problem after the visit, it never occurred again. In Dr. Price's defence, he is very popular and does have lots of kids in the waiting room.
I recommend Dr. Price. Did I mention we drive nearly two hours to get to him? You won't hear me complain about the drive because he and his staff are so well versed in children's pediatric dentistry.

Dr Prices office had never calmed my youngest childs fear of the dentist and one of the hygienist was so rough and uncaring, that I had to ask for someone else to care for my child and made sure she was never the one to clean my childrens teeth after that visit. Additionally, after going to this office for 5 years (twice yearly at least), when I had an insurance change, I was told that they did accept the new insurance both at the time that I scheduled the appointment and at the time of service. After the fact, when I received the bill for full payment, I was informed that they had billed my insurance incorrectly. I received numerous different answers every month that I called to follow up on it till I was finally informed that they actually did not accept my insurance. We have tried to work with them (as my insurance company has disclosed to us that they could cover the bill under certain circumstances). However, Dr Prices wife would rather ignore the attempts we, and thier office staff , have tried to resolve (all due to their misinformation on what insurance they accept).

Very happy to be able to have all kids exams at the same time. Great service. Please note -there is no elevator and you must go up the stairs.
