2 children now 14 and 12 have been seeing Dr. Park since their first appointment. Cleanings and x-rays on a 2x per year schedule, consultations with Dr. Park on the timing of ortho, and we have nothing but smiles.

Very nice facility and kids feel VERY relaxed and stress free. They actually ENJOY going to the dentist! Highly recommended. Our insurance changed and we actually pay more to keep using this provider.

My children have been seeing Dr. Park for years. He and his staff are great with kids and my kids look forward to seeing him. The waiting room is very kid friendly with a movie and games for the kids to play. The dentist gives out cool little toys for their visit, too. Dr. Park is a conscientious dentist whose work quality and professional advice I trust. I don't know how their prices compare to others but I've never felt like I was paying too much.

Dr. Park came highly recommended by a family friend, and we were not dissapointed! My youngest had to have extensive work on an emergency basis and we were so impressed with the level of care Dr. Park and his staff took to make our daughter comfortable and relaxed. Going to the dentist is no longer traumatic for either of my kids!

The office is clean and in a new building. The toys are all right, but there should be more of them. The only bathrooms are by the elevators which is annoying with potty training young children. The staff seemed nice, but there were a few people who didn't seem to be really "great" with kids. The room where the cleaning takes place is open with three chairs so you have to listen to everyone else and they discourage parents coming back so I felt uncomfortable leaving my kids for the first time and went back any way. There are no comfortable chairs for parents to sit in while their kids teeth are getting clean. The office staff seems to be the best part of the entire experience as they were the most personable and explained things clearly.

All 7 of my children have gone to Dr. Park their facilities are amazing with games and videos for the kids and their staff is knowledgable and gentle. They are also one of the only Gresham dentist that take the Oregon Health plan.

Dr. Park and his staff are excellent. They have an incredible facility that make the children feel relaxed and has fun things for the children to do both in the lobby and while they are in the chair. I always rave to my friends about what an excellent pediatric dentist he is. I wish I could go there. I would recommend them to anyone. I almost forgot, thanks to Dr. Park when my daughter was young and had a couple of very crooked teeth he made a retainer for her and now she does not even need braces! K. Kemper

While his office staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful, Doug Park himself can appear quite aloof. My child was referred to him with a significant dental problem that required surgery. Dr. Park's work was good, and I have grown to overlook his less-than-warm affect and appreciate his professionalism. My child is very comfortable with both him and his dental assistants, and never complains about visits. Overall, a very good experience. Recommended.

HIs facilities are extremely clean and He has videos playing for the kids. I would say He has average customer service. As far as cost, He is less expensive than another pediatric dentist we were seeing. Also, when another dentist insisted on pulling two teeth from my daughter, Dr. Park said to have patience. That patience paid off and we did not need the teeth pulled. My kids both really like him. I think he is very fair on what procedures need to be done and what don't need to be done.

His staff was poorly trained and dishornest to patient about billing. When you sign for paper work , make sure that you read entire document. There will be addition cost for your dental work. You want to make sure to keep track all the evidences about the billing.
