My daughters switched to Dr. Royse after being with the same dentist since they were toddlers due to insurance issues. They were a little concerned about seeing a new dentist and being with all new people. They were made to feel so comfortable from the moment they arrived. They love going. Everyone at this office is so nice and Dr. Rpyse is just great with the kids.

I take my daughter to Dr. Royce, and he's real good with kids. She got in the dentist chair after her first appt by herself. I was so proud of her! She has had a crown and 3-4 fillings done. I know that it can be scary as a kid @ the dentist, and I'm glad she's not scared now.

My son has had multiple cleanings and a tooth extraction which the dentist deemed an emergency extraction so it cost more. This dentist is not my favorite. We have come to him off and on since my son got his first tooth, but really we have been looking for someone else for the last two years. We just haven't found anyone else who fits our needs, i.e. takes our insurance and proximity to our house. I always get the feeling that I am being sold something and I really don't like it. Not only that but I feel almost threatened by his if/then scenarios. Overall, I just don't trust or like Dr. Royse all that much.

Going to a dentist with my son, who is 8 at the moment, was always a struggle. His old dentist had to put him under general anastesia to do the dental work as other methods wouldn't work with my son. A needle into his gum just would not work. Dr. Royse managed to give my son a shot (which is a miracle!) and did all the work quickly, with a minimum pain, and time effective. I strongly recommend this dentist.

The best child's dentist I have ever known! My 4 year old foster child has never cried even though he has had 5 fillings. The office staff is excellent & make a child feel welcome.

I would recommend Dr Royce to anyone. My daughter has been seeing him since she was 1. He even took an after hour call for me when she broke a tooth! He has a wonderful personality and can make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience for your child. They validate parking too! Highly recommended.

Dr Royce is wonderful. My children love them and prior to him they didn't care for the dentist. I certainly love his work and his communication. He has a nice aread for the children and an inviting atmosphere. His staff is great as well!

I have three daughters who love Dr. Royce. They don't feel a lot of pain and feel very comfortable with him. We live in Beaverton and travel all the way to Portland just to stay with Dr Royce because he is that good!

My son has special needs, and after his first negative experience, (being strapped to a chair) Dr. Royse and his staff were able to change his feelings about the dentists. Now Nick looks forward to seeing Dr. Royse and his staff. (despite the amount of difficult work he has had done on his teeth.) Dr. Royse is very accomodating when emergencies occur, and his office very kid-friendly.
