Dr. Pyke is fantastic! I have a child with special needs and he is the most patient, kind dentist we've ever worked with. He has a wonderful way with children and he makes my child very relaxed. He is also very good with the parents. He explains everything in detail. We could not be happier with the care that we've received there. I recommend him to everyone.

His AWFUL staff billed my insurance incorrectly, which resulted in delayed payment from my insurance company. Once it was all cleared up, I tried to schedule an appointment & was told that we are not welcome back b/c of delayed payment eventhough it was THEIR mistake!

About Front Desk: Not friendly or accomodating.

Dr. Pyke has kids, and often parents, distracted and giggling from the get go even with younger siblings who aren't yet patients. He always utilizes the most efficient, least costly, simplest solution first and fully explains everything to both kids and parents. I have 3 children who have all been seeing Dr. Pyke for the last 15 years. It is clear he has a true calling for working with children.

Sheep in Wolves clothing. For a "professional" (using that term lightly) who promotes PATIENCE in regards to the child's dentistry experience I am highly disappointed and am debating on whether to complain to the ADA- American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. My Three year old will never want to go to the dentist ever again after being screamed at. She cried all the way home as did I. Please find someone else who still has the passion and the patience and the desire to connect with their "small" clientele rather than just trying to make it to retirement

I found Dr. Pyke to be extremely innappropriate. In this day and age, you should not be tickling children and using your dental tools to blow air onto their bellies. I get that you are trying to be kid friendly but you are just plain creepy. I've witnessed him yelling at his staff twice in front of customers. And in turn I've seen his staff treat customers rudely. There is no value of patients as customers and they certainly do not care if you stay or go. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Excellent in every way. I would highly recommend his office to anyone with children. I prefer to take my children to him and pay out of pocket than to use the employee provided dental insurance. He is that good.

Taking the kids to Dr. Pyke is always a hoot! Dr. Pyke has THE BEST personality for kids. I think he really really enjoys childen. My children have never been scared or afraid of "going to the dentist". He and his staff are always very gentle and intuitive with the children. I get a kick out of Dr. Pyke as well. Like a very funny favorite Uncle in the family, he just makes you feel at home and happy about going to the dentist. You will not ever be disappointed using Dr. Pyke as the dentist for your children. He gets 5 gold stars in my book. Plus, right next door to Dr. Pyke is Dr. Gulletto....orthodontist, and through the years it has been very convenient to do both appointments in one day.

Dr. Pyke is wonderful with our young children (3 and 5) and his staff is very friendly and sensitive to their needs. We haven't had any unreasonable waits either to see the hygienist or for Dr. Pyke's examination. Plus his rates for normal check-ups/fluoride are about 20% less than our previous dentist.

my daughter LOVES Dr. Pyke...she transferred to him because of a traumatic experience with another dentist (Dr. Donald Green on High Street in Pottstown PA). It actually took her one visit of just talking with Dr. Pyke before she could do anything with her cavities. But now she isn't afraid at all. I have to pay out of pocket for his services but to me it's worth every penny. He works with people too who don't have insurance. He is a treasure to pediatric dentistry and I hope the day he chooses to retire is far, far away!
