Dr. Tweedy is an exceptionally calming and compassionate childrens dentist that put even my dramatically aprehensive daughters fears at rest and allowed full treatment that was fairly extensive. I would recommend her for EVERY child. Her treatment plans are reasonable and practical. We have no insurance and I found her rates reasonable.

Overall, very efficient operation, however she could use some training on how to deal with children with extreme sensitivities during surgical procedures as she has lost her cool several times with my child because he was extremely anxious.

My kids love going there! She is thorough and effecient. Both my boys had appliances for digit habits (one was a finger sucker the other a thumb) both boys did very well on the appliances and now they have beautiful smiles and she saved us massive bucks. Both boys will most likely avoid needed braces due to her preventative and innovative work.

Dr. Tweedy is a compassionate, capable pediatric dentist. We are so lucky that she is right here in West Seattle. She is excellent at what she does.

My 5 /2 year old has been coming to Dr. Tweedy's since she was 2 and actually looks forward to seeing the dentist! Such a change from my youth where I dreaded going to the dentist.
Dr. Tweedy is absolutely wonderful.

If you can get in this office it is the best in the Northwest!
I have three children, two daughtes and a son who went thru braces, several extractions and it was a dream with Dr. Tweedy. My youngest daughter has a severe gag feflex, Dr. Tweedy's office is sensitive and travels the extra mile to make sure she is comfortable and calm. They even extend the office visit and never leave me feeling poorly about it.

My toddler had several cavities filled by Dr. Tweedy. She was very gentle, took the time to connect with my son before starting work, told him what would be happening in kid-friendly terms, and did the work while he was in my lap.
I found her to be sensitive to his pain level and willing to give us the information we needed and let us make our own choices. For us, it is worth a long drive to see her!
The hygienist we saw was not as fantastic as Dr. Tweedy, but still fine. We did not have dental insurance and the cost seemed reasonable. And most importantly, my son came out of his dental work without any dental fears.

she is SO nice .....the kids are never nervous...she had to pull my daughter's
tooth and she didn't feel a thing...she wears a tweety bird lab coat...we love
her!

Dr. Tweedy and staff are top notch! They go out of their way to make sure the anxiety level is near zero... and that goes for the kids too! ; ]
