I would give zero stars, if I could. Not only am I giving a poor review just based on her poor consent and poor post-operative care, but because I had a frenectomy gone terribly bad, I suffer from dysphagia and dysarthria disorders. I have yet to receive an apology or comfort.

after 20 years getting treatment Iwas asked to not return becouse i qestioned the treatment . this women would make comment's like when she saw somthing , she would smart remark with no explenation to me . also the blond lady at the desk ,Linda , pompas ass. Teri on the other hand was wonderfull hygenist that is the reason i putt up with hayashi so long also the latina at the front desk was on the customer side, good lady. over all, scary profit mill, on thay did cleaning & some gum infection treatment.

Dr. Hayashi did surgery on all four quadrents in my mouth over a number of years. She seems to be a decent surgeon, but all I ever felt like was a walking checkbook in her office. The staff is coldly efficient and more interested in my insurance than in me. I think a doctor and staff that made thousands of dollars on my care might want to know me more than just a name and insurance company. They were very careful to bill me for any applicable charge and uncaring about any personal circumstance.
About Hygienist: Always changing; saw the hygenist twice a year and it seemed like never the same one twice.

Dr. Christine Hayashi is extremely detailed and a great surgeon. I work in the industry and she is the only perio I routinely visit for deep sub-gingival cleaning and gum check ups.
About 5 years ago, Dr. Hayashi placed an implant, while my husband watched. I had no pain or side effects. I even grind my teeth at night and still no issues.
About Hygienist: Forest Periodontist has great hygienists. Service is outstanding.

Office seemed a little antiquated in terms of decor but the visit was excellent. Difficult and confusing parking. People were quite nice.

I was told that I was an excellent candidate for implants. After nearly $400 in ex-rays and many visits, I was told that my overbite was too great. This was not a result of the ex-rays but several appointments later. I do not think that my overbite changed significantly from the time that I was told that I was a great candidate to the time that I was told that this procedure would not work for me. I lost confidence in her judgment.

Dr. Hayashi performed a gum graft on me. It was the most brutal and painful experience I have ever had. I had severe facial bruising for a month and at the follow up, she did not even see me. Only a technician. After six months, I went to the dentist and he could not tell that any graft had even been done. No improvement was noted.
