Had my wisdom teeth pulled by Mai and the procedure was fine. It was the follow up and post support that was awful. I had questions and concerns the next day, and the emergency number given to me went unaswered for days, my 3 calls, of which none were returned, made it a long few days and very difficult. Then, for my follow exam, it was canceled since she had no patients that day, but here I am as a patient, but since I had already paid, I guess I was no longer important. Lastly, her job was to remove ALL of my wisdom teeth, now 3 weeks later, I stll have some of one of my wisdom teeth in my mouth...what the hell was I paying for? Overall, I suggest folks avoid this doctor if you care about your teeth. A very bad experience.

Dr Mai treated my gum disease and placed my dental implants. She is a specialist is both areas and my dental implants are great. I can eat anything again!
The Mai Dental Specailists staff are great. I see them every 4 months now for post perio treatment.
They always confirm my appointments, the waiting is short, the cleaning is good, they always give me a new toothbrush after every visit, and the staff is one of the best customer service place I go to. What else can anyone one ask for.
