My experience with Dr. Robert Carnevale has been exceptional. I have been a patient of Dr. Carnevale’s for almost 10 years. I have always found Dr. Carnevale and his team to be professional, courteous, and thorough. His passion and expertise is evident in the care and treatment of his patients. Most recently, my grandmother went to Dr. Carnevale to address her periodontal disease and he couldn’t have been more patient with her regarding her concerns and many questions. More importantly, Dr. Carnevale helped my grandmother get her oral health back on track. My family highly recommends Dr. Robert Carnevale.

Disappointing. He took risks with my health in not listening to me, cancelling appointments, and refusing to prescribe anything beyond amoxicillin which was demonstrably ineffective. Now after 3 months I am having neurological complications from a hard palate abcess, which could have been prevented. Wish I hadn't trusted him with decisions on personal health. He's a good oral surgeon but make your own decisions.

About Front Desk: Lovely people, willing to help.

About Hygienist: She told me the bacterial abcess on my upper palate, painful and the original reason for consult, surgery, was a"blocked sebaceous gland". Bullshit you ignorant -----. I've suffered 3 months with this and spent thousands. Went to a good independent walk in m.d. two days ago and finally got appropriate antibiotic. $35 total with my health coverage. I needed the periodontal service, but it didn't address a serous potentially life threat, and he did not care as long as I was paying.

I had two dental implants done by Dr. Carnevale. The first one was fine. I'm okay with it. The second one was a botched job from the beginning. Due to cutting the gums several times and stitching them up again, the gums just fell apart regardless of me being extremely careful. He also hit the tooth next to the one he was working on with a very course grinding wheel and took half of that away in a split second. I will never sit in his dental chair again.
