The Office staff is excellent.Dr. Fetner is extremely informative and kind.I would any one with any periodontal concerns contact this office and set up an appointment.The best Periodontist i have been to in Jacksonville.

Had to have my first root canal on a front tooth and wasn't exactly looking forward to it. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived about 5 til and was honestly back at my office and on the phone at 11:35am (my office is about 5 minutes away). Amazing is all i can say. I've never had a filling this quickly and effortlessly. Dr. Zongker was great! I would definately return.

The staff and Dr. Fetner were very friendly and professional. I am a dental hygienist and this Dr. was recommended to me by my general dentist that I have a lot of respect for. I was very nervous about having the proceedure done. I waited for about seven years and my upper tooth started to move down in the place of my missing tooth because it didn't have anything to meet it when I chewed. Being a hygienist and working in dentistry I should have known better than to not replace a missing tooth but I really didn't want to cut down the other two teeth to make a bridge that I may not floss under. The actual proceedure was not unlike having a filling done. I was very surprised and wondered why I hadn't done it sooner. It did cost more than I had expected (the abutment was an additional cost I didn't realize) but it was so worth it! I'd do it again in a heart beat.

The most professional medical or dental office I've ever visited.
Everyone: support staff, hygenists, assistants, and especially the doctors themselves, are very professional, courteous, friendly and very attentive to the patient's needs.
In addition to the above, another reason I use Dr. Alan Fetner and Dr. Mary Hartigan, his wife, is that they are very conservative in treatment and only suggest surgery when absolutely no other choice - not always the case with periodonists I've visited in other cities in the past.
Would recommend without question.
