His admin staff is INCOMPETENT. They did not provide me with a written estimate but told me they would call me. I called them a month later. I was told $469 for two procedures needed. As it turns out after I had the frst procedure, it was $469 for only the first. The second would be $1200 since I was over my insurance max benefit. I cancelled the second procedure. Looking at insurance paperwork 3 months later, my insurance covered enough so that my out of pocket was $283. I called the office and had to ask for the difference to be credited back to my card. The lady said that I wasn't notified because she happened to be out of office the day the insurance sent the overpayment paperwork into the office. In addition, I asked for an appt on 4/21. They scheduled it for 3/21 and refused to admit their mistake. INCOMPETENT!
Dr. Silverstein is a seemingly nice man. The procedure went fine. I had a tissue graft done for receeding gums, but my dentist pointed out that my root was still revealed in one spot.

Expect the best. He does excellent work with ease. He saved my tooth when two other doctors wanted to pull it out. Knows what he is doing and is a standout in his field.
He is very friendly as is his staff.
He is worth every penny! Sometimes seeing the best doctor ends up saving money in the long run. It's sure worth saving your teeth!
