I initially came in 33 years ago to have a deep periodontal cleaning. The procedure was thorough and completely painless. Over the years I have also had three separate gum surgeries with a few stitches around specific areas. They were all painless and all successful. Most recently, I had a graft procedure done on the upper left in the area of the eye tooth. The procedure was done due to increasing sensitivity in connection with root exposure. I chose to use my own gum tissue for the procedure rather than use cadaver tissue. It was completely painless and completely successful. I have the highest regard for Dr. Greenberg’s work and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend both Dr. Greenberg and my hygienist, Susan.

About Hygienist: Hygienist Susan is extremely thorough and knowledgeable about her craft and is a very nice person.

I had just moved to Downtown and so looked in the telephone book for a periodontist. I chose the nearest female dentist's name as I feel more comfortable with female doctors. When I called to make the appointment, I learned she was on vacation but her partner, Dr. Greenberg, could work on me. The receptionist told me he was very nice. As the office is very close to home, I said "OK." As it turns out, I was blessed to have him become my perio. as he has a calming demeanor, a wonderful "bedside manner" if you will. He not only explains the procedures about to be done but he told me how and why I would actually feel better having my less than healthy teeth pulled out. I did cry but he ecouraged me to see the bright side; he did not act irritated or anything. He also has a sense of humor when appropriate. I think he's great and will recommend him to everyone who needs a periodontist. Or doesn't. :)
