Dr. William Cusack is the most knowledgeable, very efficient,warm,friendly, professional periodontist. His staff is professional, friendly,helpful, and courteous. I felt cared for and I was really impressed when Dr. Cusack himself called to check on me. The office is clean and orderly, reasonably priced services, insurance was filed for me, excellent chair side manner. All of my procedures/surgeries went very well and were affordable. I would highly recommend Dr. Cusack. The flowers made my day!
About Front Desk: They were helpful, professional, friendly, and insurance knowledgeable.
About Hygienist: Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She did a very thorough job and Dr. was pleased when he confirmed her work.

First referred to Dr. Cusack for a needed extraction, I was pleased with the Dr. himself, my treatment, his staff, and the facilities. Based upon this experience, I returned for first one, and a little later, for a second implant. Throughout my treatments, I retained my initial impression of the Dr.'s skill and am quite pleased with my sucessful implants completed about eightteen months ago. These procedures, by their very nature, are not cheap, but I found the cost here to be about average. I would highly recommend Dr. William Cusack.

Dr. Cusack gave my daughter flowers after her procedure, which took all of 7 minutes! Pain-free, wonderful, caring staff!
