She's the most rude person I ever met.I won't ever forget how I came down in tears because the way she treat me in her office.Unfortunately my daughter's orthodontist asked us to go back, she did a incomplete surgically expose on my 12 years old.I only went back because I paid from my own pocket.

Dr Kramer is terrific! The Implant I received is excellent and the whole procedure was completed without any pain at all. Dr Kramer even checked the cap after it was installed to make sure the fit was perfect. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. (Maria) Michael Kramer is the worst periodontist I have come across. In spite of my complaints, she drilled through a nerve and left my lower left jaw permanently numb. She also performed one of the worst gum grafts I have seen. The periodontist that I currently see called her implants 'the leaning towers of Pisa'.

When I first went to Dr Kramer, I had such anxiety related to dental visits. through her patience and caring personality I was able to overcome my fear. Now, I actually look forward to my dental visits. Aside from that, she is extremely educated, highly skilled and totally pain-free. My grafts look great.

About Front Desk: Carla, who has been there for about 2 1/2 years is great. Very efficient and friendly.

I had deep gum cleaning and some synthetic bone injection (don't remember the medical name). Dr. Kramer was technically very competent, and skillful (good dexterity). My only problem with her was the way she treats her staff. Openly criticizing them in front of patients. Not very professional, and uncomfortable for me. During the 2 year period I saw her (4 or 5 times), she had a different hygenist and adminstrator every time I saw her. In other words, high turn-over. The last straw for me was that she did a cleaning, and I asked if she could charge me the same amount as covered under my employer plan (because I had exceeded the yearly limit), and she got mad and accused me of trying to take advantage of her, openly saying this in front of others. Clearly she has some anger management issues.

Dr. Kramer caused permanent nerve damage when she treated me. In spite of her claining a 95%+ success rate, two of three implants failed.

Dr. Kramer is great, although she charges a premieum, but her receptionist sucks. She is the worst.

I had the worst experience of my life with Dr. Kramer. She performed a titanuim jaw implant. She did not give adequate home instructions and did not give me any pain medication. She then went on vacation and left no one covering her practice. She was away for two weeks. I developed an infection and suffered incredibly. I left message after message and no return calls. She also instructed that stitches be left in for over a month(probably due to her vacation plans) The new oral surgeon I went to said that they had been left in so long that the gum had healed over them. When I told my dentist what had happened. (He had recommmended her) He said that she had done this before to a patient of his and he had spoken to her and she had promised not to do it again. Obviously vacations are much more important to this woman than the welfare of her patients. She never apologized or followed up with me even after my dentist called her personally. I do NOT recommend anyone using her. I hope that she gets this feedback.
