This is a very professional, yet cordial, office. Zupnik (the son) is very up-to-date on procedures and has excellent bedside manner. He ensures a pain-free experience and is geniunely concerned about patients. The receptionists are extremely friendly and know patients by name.
Only negative is the pricing, which isn't too unusual for a practice located in Bethesda. Locals in that area can probably afford it but the prices may be a bit too high for lower income patients. You can easily find another periodontist for $500 less per implant and even $1000 less if you are willing to travel another 20-30 minutes out. My last periodontist was in Germantown and charged $1000 less but I dropped him when my father had a few bad experiences with his implants in the long run.
