Dr. Green's office is horribly run! Their billing system is inefficient, I have been there once and my experience there so far is not a good one. They billed out for incorrect procedure codes and try to charge me for their error. When I called the office to resolve the issue, the woman who claimed to be the "manager" would not even give me her name and kept hanging the phone upon me when I asked to speak to someone else. I definitely will be filing a grievance with my insurance company needless to say. Moreover, I am surprised that this office is still running with rude and incompetent staff like that! -Mrs. J

I went in for a tooth lengthening procedure. I was charged 41.00 for the exam and 920.00 for the procedure for one tooth. the Dr. numbed my gums and started cutting - I could feel the pain. No other pain killer was offered. extremely painful procedure overall.
About Front Desk: She called out my full social security number in the waiting room to verify coverage. Not pleased with that.

In 2001, I badly needed massive crown lenthening procedures in all 4 quadrents. Dr. Green examined and consulted me. Appointments were made and prompt. Dr. Green and staff were top-notch professional with the entire---and very long!---procedure. When finished, I was provided with detailed post-surgery instructions, and all billing was worked-out by the very competent front desk. That night, Dr. Green phoned me at home to make sure I was OK. Follow-up ( checking, stitch removal, ect. ) was performed timely and thoughrolly. Years later, all is still perfect with his fine work. I not only HIGHLY RECOMEND Dr. Green and his staff, but wish that all Dental Surgens could perform at such an outstanding level.
