I have had crowns put on, cavities and crevices filled, exposed roots covered. Dental work is not without pain. But pain control is always discussed before he performs any procedure on my teeth. He puts me at ease by explaining in advance what he will do and what to expect as far as pain. He explains procedures in a way that I can understand. He puts me at ease so that I feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Most importantly, I trust him. I feel that he will not prescribe unnecessary treatment, and that the treatment performed is done well. One of the routine things that he does is to check for other medical problems like high blood pressure and cancer. Discounts are given for cash payments.

Dr Fong is the best dentist I've visited. Friendly staff, honest, informative, and utilizing high tech machines, I felt part of the team working on my own teeth! I would highly recommend.

Dr Fong is a GREAT dentist. His office is up to date with new technology and the entire office is very nice. What I liked most about him is that he really seems to love his work and makes you feel like he cares about you individually. He goes out of his way to explain what he's doing and why he's doing it. He answer all and any questions you have and actually shows you your xrays. I don't live in the East Bay, but it's definitely worth it for me to drive out to Fremont to see him. Unfortunately I don't know what his prices are like since I have insurance that covered it. GO SEE HIM! =D
