He was not clear about the possible results of procedure to be done (root planing) - did not explain the significant excision of gum tissue that would result, leaving large gaps, normally beneath gum line, between teeth. These areas trap food - dining in public is somewhat problematic now. I am not happy about smiling, either. Had I been fully informed I would have opted for another round of antibiotic treatment. This should have been the last treatment option, not one of the first. I am very unhappy!
About Front Desk: He is lucky to have the personnel staff that he has - they are very professional, warm, outgoing people.
About Hygienist: I was very pleased with the hygienists. They were very professional and explained each procedure. They questioned me to make certain that I was not experiencing any pain.
