Dr. Stern's bedside/chair-side manner is great. I'm usually pain free, but assured that if I experience any discomfort out of the ordinary I should call the office immediately and/or I am provided with the name of a colleague who I could contact in an emergency if Dr. Stern is not available. His office, his hygienist and office assistant are very efficient especially in making me comfortable also when calling to reconfirm or change an appointments. His procedures are up-to-date and he uses state-of-the-art equipment as efficiently as possible. Dr. Stern manages his time very well and I have never been kept waiting due to overbooking as many health professionals do.
