My visits with Dr. Sweeney and Staff were absolutely the best one could hope for. My first vist was on an emergency ,unplanned, fairly traumatic venue. The entire staff was very accomodating and re-assuring with my apprehension .
I provided Dr. Sweeney the experience of removing one of the largest growths he has removed. Didn't seem to phase him, one bit. Maybe even "enjoyed" it... silly man!
My care continues, as well as my gratefulness to the Staff and Dr Sweeney,

Very expensive. Nice enough manner. Seems to be happy doing his job.

I was scheduled for an appt with Dr. Sweeney this morning at 6am PT. He and his wonderful staff were so extremely accommodating about squeezing me into their already completely-full Friday schedule (with only half a day's notice!!!). I was rushing to schedule the implant because of expiring dental benefits, however, had reservations about healing time and impact to cosmetic appearance + speech as a result of the implant. As of this morning, I had already seen two dentists for their opinion on implant versus bridge or crown lengthening. Dr. Sweeney, hands down, did the most throrough job of explaining to me why an implant made the most sense for me. I did not end up proceeding with the implant because of my very unique cosmetic/speech concerns, however, I am so thankful to have had the benefit of time with Dr. Sweeney because I now am confident that an implant is the right decision for me. I'd had so many misgivings up to this morning. When I am ready to proceed with the implant, I will definitely be scheduling it with Dr. Sweeney.
About Hygienist: Sara, the attending surgical assistant, was very understanding and professional. Jill, the receptionist, was great as well. The team was scrubbed up and ready to go at 6am but was gracious and professional when I ultimately bowed out re: doing the procedure today. This, to me, is the mark of a great dental/perio team...their patient's comfort is their first concern.

Dr. Sweeney's staff was excellent. And Dr. Sweeney has a delightful and ammusing manner. He work was followed up by my dentist who said the tissue looks very healthy. I had two proceedures, one in December and one the following March. I had specialized pain medication needs and they accomodated them quite well. The insurance help was informative and the result was excellent!
