I say Dr. Matsumoto once awhile ago and he was VERY concerned about my complete understanding and agreement with the plans we were making. We never did go through with them becaues of change in my insurance situation and constatn travel which prevented me from taking time for the process.
Something came up where I must take care of the issue NOW but am no longer in the area so I called for a little information before I went forward. He over-heard me talking to his office manager and came right to the phone to talk to me personally. Dr. M spent much time clarifying everything I should look and ask for in my treatment and gave me the courage to go onward without him!
I sincerely recommend Dr. Matsumoto!

Absolutely outstanding in every respect. Some difficulty getting insurance information, otherwise, as close to perfect as you have a right to expect.
