Nice staff but obvious the office is cheap. They will now only validate for one hour so if you are there for a couple of hrs you pay out of pocket - (even though their website says differently). Also charges top dollar for cleaning but you don't even get to see the dentist. He did a good job on my gums but I won't return for cleanings and will find a place where I don't have to pay for parking either.

Dr. Pawlowski not only put my implant in crooked he also damaged my nerve. I now have numbness on part of my face. I found out after the fact that he has been cited by the state for nerve damage on another patient. Check out the website for Washington Department of Health to read about it.

I've been seeing Dr. Pawlowski for a long time. He is very kind and puts me at ease. The entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. I don't mind going to my appointments at all, which I thought I would never say about going to the dentist! I had my first implant done about 5 months ago and it went very smoothly. It's the best tooth I have in my mouth. A big thank you goes out to the whole office!! I'll be back there soon =)

OMG! Dr.Pawlowski is the BEST in the Seattle area for sure! Best financial advisement, patient-care and check ups! they make sure you are okay during any type of procedure. I had a gingivactomy done, which is a very scary one, but Dr.Pawlowski talked me through the whole thing. I was still a bit nervous but after he walked in the room with a big smile, I started to relax.. after that everything went completely pain-free! LOVE YOU guys! <3

At first meeting, Dr Pawlowski seems like a nice guy. What he is not is a good periodontist. I first went to see him for a crown lengthening and everything went fine. So when I needed an implant I went to him despite my dentist recommendation of a different periodontist. I told Dr Pawlowski that I was very fearful of nerve damage and he told me I could get a CT scan (at additional expense of course) to give him the most details of my mouth. So I did that. Fast forward to a few days after the surgery. The bottom left part of my mouth continued to be numb so I went back to see him. I was told that the xray looked fine and that the numbness would go away. After another week I insisted on another CT scan. This was done by an outside company and here are the highlights: 3. Failed endosseous implant 4. Implant fixture impinging on inferior alveolar canal/nerve That's right - he drilled the implant right into my nerve and on top of that the implant is in crooked. On the Dept of Health website you can look at his credentials: https://fortress.wa.gov/doh/providercredentialsearch/ProviderDetail_1.aspx?CredentialIdnt=128689 He has done this before. Do not go to him.

I am very happy with my implants that Dr. Pawlowski did! He has great chairside manner and made me feel very comfortable. It's been 4 years since I got my implants and they haven't bothered me one bit! Now I need another, and I wouldn't even think about going elsewhere. It's almost fun to visit Dr. Pawlowski's office. His staff are friendly, helpful and put me at ease!

Dr. Pawlowski's office staff are like robots, they are very unfriendly. I was told to hand over $600.00 before he would even do the surgery (a crown lengthening), so I did then they put me down twlight sleep, when I woke up they rush me through the door without not so much as a word to see how I am feeling. Then I found out from my insurance (which his staff never contacted) that I over-paid for this service so on the phone I go and his staff said "Oh, well we have your money". So I request Dr. Pawlowski on the phone he said "Oh well we have your money"., so he finally sends me the money owed. 2 weeks later I had a root canal on this tooth then a gold crown was placed. Then 1 year later I end up losing the tooth that he did the crown lengthening on and found out from my dentist and other doctors that I should never had this procedure in the first place, I should have had this tooth totally removed. So in the end dear Dr. pawlowski cost me an additional $600.00 for oral surgery, and another $700.00 for the gold crown.

About Hygienist: Bad office staff, unpersonal, rude and uncaring. His office is well known to be rude.

One of my wisdom teeth was bothering me so I was doing some google search and found Dr. Pawlowski's website. Upon reading the testimonials and reading other reviews, I decided to give them a try, so I called the office and they were able to fit me into their schedule that week! Dr. Pawlowski came into the room after my x-ray and explained to me the benefits vs risks of surgery, and the future complications IF I don't take them out. He was very kind and answered all my answers. A few days later (which was earlier this week), I went in for my surgery. My 2 upper were soft tissue impaction and the bottom 2 were growing horizontally, which made them a bit more complex. The actual surgery was extremely painless-- after the IV sedation (which didn't even hurt and I can be a bit needle-phobic!), I was mostly passed out until the end. I woke up feeling a bit nauseous (they ended up giving me an IM shot of hydroxyzine- anti-nausea med) & they had me sit in the chair for some time before escorting me and my ride out the door. Today is post-surg day 2 and I've stopped taking pain meds- just ibu to help with swelling. Other than the sutures in place, they don't bother me and I really hadn't felt ANY pain. I'd highly recommend Dr. Pawlowski.

I had a chronic gum problem on my lower front tooth that kept coming back every couple of years. My old dentist recommended I try Dr.Pawloski. Using perioscopy, they managed to clean my tooth down to the root and I have the best gum connection now that I can remember. The doctor and his staff were kind, patient, and thorough in their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been waiting to do my dental implant treatment for so long until I finally found a specialist who actually knew what he was doing. The receptionist was very good with insurance and I even got my medical to pay. I was under sedation the whole time, when I woke up I felt no pain, which is rare for me at a dental office. All visits after the surgery were free. I recommend this office to anyone who is considering a dental implant but needs someone who KNOWS what they're doing.
