With all the competition in this town you think you would be treated with respect. My regular dentist referred me to Dr Shellerud to look at my inflamed gums. I went in to Dr Shellerud and received a consultation and a follow up appointment. I had been using tooth whitening that had been aggravating my gums. After I quit using the whitening my gums went back to normal. I sent back the written prescriptions that I had not filled with a letter stating that I needed to cancel my appointment. The receptionist called to my confirm my appointment and when I told her that I needed to cancel since she had not received the letter yet she became short and rude and said "I'll let the Dr know" and then hung up on me. REALLY? REALLY? That is how you treat your patients? I called her back and asked her why she was upset with me and told her I would take any of my future business elsewhere. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I hope Dr. Shellerud's work doesn't match the staff he employs...disgusting.

He numbed me that I didn't feel it. extracted a tooth that was on to my sinus and packed bone in for extra strength and recommended not to do implant since there were no teeth on the bottom and I had enough chewing teeth all together on that side. I was really pleased with his knowledge and communication skills.
